latest Phonak hearing
aids at up to 40% discount compared to prices

Phonak are a world
leading manufacturer of hearing aids and in our
opinion are definitely one of the best. A Swiss company with
local UK base in Warrington where all there
custom products are made. The new Phonak
Exelia ART and Phonak Audeo Smart (and
Audeo Yes) when combined with the iCom and
MyPilot are
probably the most complete (Bluetooth compatible) hearing aid packages
currently available. Using these hearing aids
with their accessories makes the new Phonak
range of hearing aids highly versatile, opening
up a world of wireless communication between
audio devices including televisions, stereos,
phones, and MP3 players.

hearing aids currently available
including the Bluetooth compatible Phonak Exelia
Art
Versata, Certena and Naida, and the stylistic

RIC
range. We also supply Phonak

Phonak Exelia Art - The Phonak Exelia Art
uses one of the fastest acting signal processing
micro-chips currently in use enabling clarity of
speech in noise unprecedented in any other
hearing aid. The Exelia Art incorporates the
full spread of latest technology developed by
Phonak including zoom-control,
sound-recover, duo-phone, echo
block and sound relax - a feature to
dampen sudden impulse sounds that many can find
annoying or even painful, such as doors slamming
or rummaging through the cutlery draw. The use
of Bluetooth compatibility gives these top-end
hearing aids a versatility to suit even
the most demanding and active lifestyles.
Duo-Phone operates when the phone is raised
to the ear and the hearing aid detects the
electromagnetic field in the phone; the hearing
aid then communicates with the other hearing
aid, sending the telephone signal to the other
ear and muting the microphone to external sounds
- what we get is binaural telephone listening!

Phonak Naida - The Phonak Naida is
a new super-powered hearing aid for the most
severe to profound hearing losses. Available at
3 technology levels the Naida is the answer to
the prayers of those people suffering with
profound deafness. Now available with all the
top range features of the Exelia, the
Naida is the only super-power hearing aid
that can be classed as truly top-range. Using 'sound recover' (frequency shift)
technology we can restore lost high frequency
regions by moving them to audible lower frequencies.
Whilst this doesn't give purely natural hearing,
its does reintroduce sounds that make speech
clearer for those people who thought they would
never hear well again with hearing aids.
Available in a range of standard colours and
more daring colours including pink and blue.

the above but with the automatic features taking

Bluetooth hearing aids - The new range of
hearing aids by Phonak are all Bluetooth
compatible meaning they can be linked to any
Bluetooth device such as a mobile phone when
synced with the iCom. This allows your hearing
aids to act as a hands free device when driving,
and as a streaming device for your MP3 player,
and using a dongle your hearing aids can be
linked to any device with an audio output such
as a laptop, stereo, radio or TV. You can now
even buy Bluetooth landline telephones meaning
your phone can be automatically streamed to both
your hearing aids overcoming those age old
problems of hearing on the phone, or unwanted
whistling problems when holding the phone next
to your hearing aids. More

Phonak MyPilot - A colour screen remote
control giving a much clearer representation of
how you can control the settings in your hearing
aids. This remote control device allows you to
quickly toggle through your programme settings

control your left and right hearing aids
independently using the MyPilot. A key feature
of the MyPilot is 'Zoom Control' - this allows
the user to give maximum focus of the hearing
aids to either the front, side or rear. The best

Phonak Click-and-talk - this new device
is a simple to use plug-in adapter which gives much better
reception on mobile phones by automatically
switching the hearing aid to a 'phone' programme,
and when the phone is held close to the hearing
aid (within 25cm) the audio
signal is also sent to the other ear - so binaural mobile
phone listening! Listening on the phone has
never been so easy. More on our blog

All
new custom made (ITE) hearing aids including the
Exelia Art, Versata and Certena
now incorporate new 'AOV' (acoustically optimal
venting) technology for maximum listening
comfort by reducing occlusion for clients
wearing in-the-ear hearing aids. Phonak's new AOV technology
ensures that each hearing aid has the acoustic
mass of the vent size modelled using 3d computer
software and therefore is specific to each and
every client who wears Phonak hearing aids. This
new technology is unprecedented and is likely to
lead the field for digital hearing aid fittings.
