– Hearing aids will inevitably at some point break down due
to moisture, wax and skin or

supplied with a standard 2 year manufacturer’s warranty for repair of
mechanical or physical fault, commencing from
the date of first fitting. This warranty allows
for fault to be repaired or parts to be replaced free
of charge within this period by the
manufacturer. Your supplying company shall
endeavour to provide reasonable assistance
in making use of this warranty, which may at
times require you to send the aid to us
('special delivery' only). The
warranty can, if necessary, be redeemed by any
other dispenser/company as authorised by the
manufacturer of the aids.
Items NOT covered:
ear-moulds and RIC speaker wires are NOT
covered. 2 RIC speaker wires will be replaced
free of charge, and are thereafter chargeable
(except wit Widex, who will replace as and when
required).
The warranty
can be extended from 2 years to 3, 4 or 5 years,
within the trial period only, at cost.
Liability for damage arising from
accidental damage, misuse, water damage, or
attempted repair by persons other than those

specifically excluded from the guarantee. This

please be careful.
