All hearing tests are free and without obligation.
All hearing tests are undertaken by qualified
Hearing Aid Dispensers all of whom must be registered with the Health Professions Council
.
Hearing tests are carried out in the comfort of your own home, or a hearing test centre (dependent on location), using calibrated audiometric hearing test equipment. However, some of our affiliate hearing aid audiologists do work from hearing test centre's and we can find the closest one to you if preferred.
A full hearing test normally take 45 minutes to 1 hour, allowing for:
Fitting your hearing aids - custom hearing aids will be fit 2 weeks after your free hearing test. BTE and RIC hearing aids may be fitted sooner, sometimes on the same day. The fitting session will also take 45-60min. Hearing aids are programmed in-situ by computer to suit your hearing loss and requirements. We will show you how to use and maintain your hearing aids to ensure they last you well. Full payment is taken at fitting.
Aftercare - A follow up call will be made 2-3 weeks later to ensure you are fully satisfied with your new digital hearing aids. Thereafter (for domiciliary appointments) we will come to see you as and when you require. Very occasionally we may ask you to post your hearing aids to us.
Note: we have a selection of online video's to assist with hearing aid maintenance. We can add more on request.
All hearing aids come with a money back guarantee.
All ongoing aftercare is included in the purchase price.
We offer £50 for recommendations to a friend or relative that result in the supply of hearing aids to them when purchased by the same dispenser. Please do recommend us to them for a free hearing test.
