Their impartial reviews are famous for highlighting both the best and worst, across a wide range of products and services.

Which? turned it’s attention to hearing aid retailers recently in an effort to get a clear picture of customer satisfaction in the hearing aid retail business.

They surveyed over 400 of their own members to find out their experiences in the purchasing of their hearing aids. Members were asked to rate their hearing aid retailers on the level of service, pricing, the knowledge of their staff, and finally the quality of their testing facilities.

It pleases me very much to tell you that local independent hearing healthcare professionals came out top in all areas.

We believe that this result clearly shows the commitment that independent hearing healthcare professionals have to their customers. We also think that it is a clear recognition that independent professionals have a vast knowledge of the different hearing aids available and give truly impartial advice. This is crucial when it comes to choosing a hearing aid as there are so many different types available.
