Widex Allure Ai is the latest premium range ‘receiver in canal’ (RIC) hearing aid technology’ – these are the very best of Widex – 330 and 440 premium levels.
Widex Allure (not Ai version) is the full range of rechargeable hearing aids – RIC, BTE, ITE (behind-ear and in-ear) at all 4 technology levels.
Widex Moment Sheer is for those seeking non-rechargeable operated custom-in-ear hearing aids; plus the alternative styled rechargeable Widex SmartRIC (inferior to Allure Ai).

We are fully proficient in programming most major hearing aid brands. That said, our core business model is to supply hearing aids directly and maintain them via an all-inclusive, lifetime aftercare package. If you have acquired hearing aids elsewhere, we can cater to the three following clinical scenarios:
For devices bought brand new online or from another hearing care dispenser.
Clinical Requirement: Full hearing test required.
Fee: £250 (Includes full hearing test and initial fitting visit)For hearing aids inherited or passed on from a friend or family member.
Clinical Requirement: Full hearing test required.
Fee: £250 (Includes full hearing test and fitting/programming)For patients who have moved locally with hearing aids previously fitted and programmed by another clinic.
Clinical Requirement: No full hearing test required (if a full hearing test is requested, the £250 fee applies).
Fee: £150 (In-situ test, fitting check, full programming, and aftercare transfer)Suitability & Best-Effort Setup: We will set up the hearing aids to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee that reprogrammed settings will fully resolve your hearing difficulties, or that the hearing aids are best suited to your needs or hearing loss. During assessment, our audiologists may deem the devices clinically inadequate for your specific hearing prescription.
Non-Refundable Appointment Fees: The appointment fee (£250 or £150 depending on the scenario chosen) covers professional clinical expertise in multiple brands, clinic time, and assessment. It is chargeable regardless of the final acoustic outcome or device suitability.
Replacement Parts & Components: Physical parts or components of your hearing aid—such as speaker wires or receivers for Receiver-In-Canal (RIC) hearing aids—may not be the correct size or specification for your ears. If replacement components are required to achieve a proper fit, these will be chargeable at our standard prices as listed on our website at hab.online.
Follow-Up Appointments: If further visits are requested to fine-tune your hearing aid, the fee is £80 per visit.
Consent Agreement: Please read and sign our Consent Form outlining our conditions of service prior to your visit.
For hearing aids supplied by us that are older than 5 years, all appointment fees are £80 per visit. This dedicated 30-minute consultation allows our audiologists to perform a thorough otoscopic ear health check, clear any accumulated earwax or debris, and fully test, re-check, and recalibrate your hearing aids to ensure optimal acoustic performance.
If your hearing aid is faulty and you simply wish to leave it with us to be sent for repair without an audiologist consultation, you can drop the device off at our clinic free of charge.
Clinical Requirement: No appointment required. Please do not book a 30-minute consultation slot if you only intend to leave the device with us.
Fee: No appointment feeAny costs incurred for manufacturer repairs, spare parts, or technical servicing will be quoted and charged accordingly.
Non-Refundable Consultation Fee: The £80 appointment fee covers clinical time, ear checks, and diagnostic testing. It is chargeable regardless of whether an older device can be successfully repaired or recalibrated. We may offset this cost against an upgrade purchase.
Parts & Technical Repairs: Replacement components (such as speaker wires, receivers, domes, or battery doors) and external laboratory repair fees are not included in the £80 appointment fee and will be charged at our standard retail rates as listed on hab.online.
Manufacturer Repair Charges: Any hearing aid requiring repair out of warranty will incur an additional charge as set by the manufacturer. We will not add on anything to these charges, but all clinic appointments booked remain subject to the consultation fee above.
We can supply all hearing aids at our professional hearing care clinic in Marlow Bottom, Buckinghamshire, SL7 3ND, and we can facilitate all local areas including Henley, Reading, Bourne End, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, and Slough.
