Widex is a Danish company with UK headquarters in Cheshire, where all their custom in-ear products for the UK are made using the latest 3D design and laser printing technology for high precision results.
Widex employ over 4000 people worldwide providing hearing aids in over 100 countries. They have a massive and very impressive development HQ in Denmark. Read more.
In 2019 Widex and Sivantos merged to become WS Audiology – the two hearing companies will unite their research and development but will continue to supply as two separate hearing aid brands.
WS Audiology also own the smaller hearing aid brands Audio Service and Rexton.

As of March 2021 Moment will be available in all styles – RIC, ITE, BTE and invisible-in-canal & rechargeable.

Made for iPhone (MFi)
Widex Moment hearing aids can stream direct audio from iPhones / iPads (Android will come later).
For Android phones you would need to use a Widex ComDex Streamer.

Rechargeable Hearing Aids
Widex Moment mRIC RD hearing aids are lithium-ion rechargeable – for long lasting high performance.
One of the smallest rechargeable hearing aids available, giving 16-20 hours of charge on a single full 4 hour charge.
Available at 4 technology levels (440, 330, 220, 110) and 13 in colours.

Micro Receiver-in-Canal Hearing Aids
Widex Moment RIC 10 receiver-in-canal style hearing aids are on par with the very smallest behind-ear hearing aids available with dual microphone technology.
Available at 4 technology levels (440, 330, 220, 110) and 13 in colours.
ALSO – Wireless compatible hearing aid technology – when used with Widex accessories such as the Widex Com-Dex you can stream your phone calls.
Receiver-in-Canal Hearing Aids
Widex Moment is available as 312 battery and rechargeable versions. One of the smallest rechargeable hearing aids available.
Available at 4 technology levels (440, 330, 220, 110) and 13 in colours.

Standard Behind Ear Hearing Aids
Widex Moment BTE’s are available in two models:
- BTE13 D

Custom In-Ear
Widex MOMENT custom CIC / ITC & ITE’s are made using the latest state-of-the-art 3D modelling and printing techniques for high end results.
Faceplates can incorporate push button programme control and volume wheels option.
Available at 4 technology levels (440, 330, 220, 110) and 3 colours (beige, clay-brown and dark brown).
Also now available as a custom Micro-CIC / IIC – compare all IIC’s
ITC and ITE are be wireless compatible when used with the Widex ComDex. All models can be controlled using the Widex Tonelink app – see bottom of this page.
Widex CROS and BiCROS Hearing Aids
For single sided deafness
For those with either, one dead ear and one very good ear (CROS), or a dead ear and an ear with aidable hearing loss (Bi-CROS).
The CROS transmitter aid is available in 312 RIC model.
This then works alongside a Widex hearing aid in the better ear.

Soundsense learn – this is a user active module which allow user to work through a series of settings to fine tune the aids for maximum performance. Unique to Widex at time of writing.

Widex Com Dex App
This app is for use with the Widex Com Dex wireless accessory – this app can be used for Widex Evoke and for older models of Widex hearing aids that are compatible with the Com Dex (i.e. Widex Beyond and Widex Unique).
The Com Dex accessory allows your Widex Hearing aids to connect wirelessly to your mobile phone and your TV (using the Tv Dex) – the Com Dex app gives you control of your hearing aids when using the Com Dex. Great for having control of your own listening volume when watching TV with others.

Widex Tonelink App
This app is a simple remote control app for controlling all models Widex hearing aids – including Micro-CIC’s and Fusion-2.
The remote functions by sending a one way acoustic signal to the Widex hearing aids (i.e. it is NOT Bluetooth or similar) – this signal is inaudible to us, but it triggers an action in the hearing aids.
This allows for basic remote control functionality (programmers and volume) and also adjustment of directional focus so you can choose which direction you want to hear speech – left, right, behind, ahead. Great for when the speaker is not in front of you but there is background noise present.
This app does not incorporate any wireless streaming
